X-ray Anti-Cheat Update relased

X-ray Anti-Cheat 1.5.503

Now includes support for COD:MW2 and L4D2 .

Updated setup program to include latest version of DirectX Setup to work on Windows 7 without a crash

Updated the embedded component to make it properly clean up after itself.

Made Windows 7 appear as supported and removed the 'SP0' that was added, wrongly.

Updated a number of internally used libraries.

Please note that this release has a PB issue for COD4. So expect a futher update within the next few days.
