At 7:30pm a live fixtures draw will take place in #enemydown.cz (each clan must have a representative present) Once the fixtures have been announced the away teams will accept the open challenge of the team they have been drawn against, and remaining fixtures will be cancelled.
The draw will take place in #enemydown.cz irc channel by a random community member at 7.30pm

All normal open ladder gametype rules apply unless otherwise stated below.

• XRay mandatory-If you can not run xac for any reason then you are not permitted to compete.
• Friendly fire on
• Knifes to decide teams
• Maps to be run with the standard "EDCZ Mr15" event config available Here
• Russian Walking is not permitted
• Game bugs - Taking advantages of map bugs is not allowed
• Pausing - Pausing on the server will be enabled. Games should only be paused at the very start of a round and should last no more than 4 minutes.
• HLTV should be used where possible, where unavailable each player must take a personal demo
• Clans play all 30 round - remember more rounds mean more points
• No Shields

All matches will be scheduled for Sunday nights at 8pm (gmt) and may at any time be rescheduled if both teams agree, but MUST be played before the next match date.

Game bugs - Taking advantages of map bugs is not allowed. Clan leaders should file 'conflict' for games where bugs are proved to have been used for an admin to decide the punishment. This includes bunnyhopping/russian walking.

No show - In the event of a no show (15 minutes are the match was supposed to commence) a default score will be awarded to the other team at a score of 8-0. Previous wins/losses will NOT be altered should a team fold half way through.

We are also going to try something new out... The knife round will be replaced with a 1v1 deagles only head to head. Each team will nominate a single player who is only allowed to use a deagle, whilst all other members stay in spawn the nominated member of each team will duel it out. The nominated member who wins will choose which side their team starts on.

This competition is a standard league format. Each division will be 8 clans, and we will have 10 divisions.

ED CSS League Rules

1 - All normal ED rules apply unless otherwise stated in this section.

2 - All games will be played on a clan’s server; clans in the league MUST have their own server to play matches on. The ED CSS MR15 config MUST be used, without exception. MR15 cfg is 1:45 rounds and 10 second freezetime.

3 - Rescheduling is allowed if both clans can agree on a new date, there is a Catch-Up Week at the end of the season; all games must be played by the Sunday of that week. Clans MUST post in the match notes that a reschedule is requested. It is up to the teams involved to come to an agreement and post in the match notes the outcome of the reschedule. If no agreement is reached the divisional admin will make a ruling. If a date is agreed and the match fixture is updated to reflect that new date then it is classed as the official date and any changes must be requested as a new reschedule.

4 - If a clan leaves before completion of the 2nd week of games, a clan from the waiting list will be given the opportunity to take that place.
