Our friends over at BE* have yet again stepped up to the plate to show just exactly why they are the no1 choice for gamers by releasing a new website called Be Gamer, the aim of this site is to create a gaming community for its broadband users and the wider gaming audience.

To celebrate this fact they have announced yet another CASH winning competition, and what do we have to do to win this prize? I hear you all say, All you have to do to enter is select which team you think will win the EuroKrieg Final. Good news, fellow noobs; EA are bringing their Be The One event to Trafalgar Square next week as part of the London Games Festival. On October 31st and November 1st, you'll be able to get your grubby mitts on the latest EA and EA-partner games, play those that have yet to be released and, most satisfying of all, pwn celebrities live on stage in front of thousands of people - and all for the cost of a handful of air (Yes, that's free).

Yep you guessed it, it's Monday, so it's Free Broadband time thanks to Be* and this weeks lucky winners are Hardie with 14 mixes played and 12 won!! And with a total of 222 kills, so some nice stats there!! Coming second is our old friend and veteran Mixer Andeh^^^ and in third place is mSy another former winner being placed second back in September, so the top three mixers this week are all seasoned vets and realise when they are onto a good thing!!

The EnemyDown Eurokrieg tournament is nearly at an end and where 64 teams started only 2 are left standing. The final between xoxo and nameless will take place on the 30th of this month and will be shoutcasted live by Tosspot and ReDeYe from QuadV. This will be hosted at The Sports Cafe in London which is 150 metres from Trafalgar Square where the launch of the latest Command and Conquer title will be taking place that afternoon in EA’s awesome 2008 “Be the One” event. Whilst the details are not officially released we can say the “Be the One 2007” event was amazing – and this year promises to be better!
