ED CSS Rules

1 - All normal ED rules apply unless otherwise stated in this section.

2 - All games will be played on Enemy Down servers, with Enemy Down admins present. Team leaders will be contacted via irc with ip\\\\\\\'s & passwords.

3 - Rescheduling is strongly discouraged so as to allow organisation of SrcTV, adminning etc. If teams are desperate to re-schedule and both teams agree, they must contact an admin to arrange this. Re-schedules will be at admins discretion and admins reserve the right to refuse the re-scheduling of any matches.

4 - Should a clan leave the tournament before completing their matches, their next match will be a defaulted, no teams will be replaced. However if a team drops out before the first weeks games are completed we may substitute them.

5 - Defaults are 1-0

6 - Minimum rates for all matches are as follows :

7 - Smokes & Flashes are allowed in the knife round

8 - Bunnyhopping is allowed if both teams agree. A team must ask the opposition at the start of the game whether they agree to bunnyhopping. If they do not agree bunnyhopping is NOT allowed. If the question is not asked it is assumed bunnyhopping is NOT allowed.

9 - XAC Anti-Cheat is mandatory for all players. You MUST goto www.xraygaming.com and login with your Enemy Down details and download and use XAC throughout the event.
In the event XAC is down or malfunctioning you must go into #edadmins and ask an admin the course of action.

10 - If the game finishes 15-15 Overtime will be played which is MR3, mp_startmoney 10000

11 – All games with admins present will have crouch bugging as an illegal exploit. Game admins can see players crouch bugging and anyone seen to be abusing the bug will lose their team two rounds with the admin announcing the rule break and the round punishment in the freezetime of the next round.

This cup runs over 9 rounds, takes place on Monday and contains a total of 16 clans.
